'The Haunting of Bly Manor' Cast Is a Lineup Of the New Scream Queens and Kings
If you're anything like me, about 10 minutes into the Haunting of Bly Manor, you were Googling the cast to find the answer to one of two questions: 1) Where did I see these people before in the Haunting of Hill House? And 2) Do any of these people actually have British accents? It's okay to be confused, as Bly Manor, the second entry of what I guess we can call the Haunting series, is not a sequel. But it does have a few familiar faces of actors playing different characters in a different story. It's set in the '80s in a small English village with some very shady accents. Here's your guide to the cast, many of which appeared in Hill House and are not actually British.
Victoria Pedretti
Pedretti is quickly becoming Netflix's leading scream queen. After making her major debut in the Haunting of Hill House as Eleanor "Nell" Crain (remember the Bent Neck Lady?), she then appeared in Netflix's You as Love Quinn. The Pennsylvania-born actress also had a part in Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood as the Manson Family member Lulu. In Bly Manor she plays the main protagonist Dani Clayton, the au pair who takes the unfortunate job at a haunted house with some spooky kids.

Here's another familiar face from The Haunting of Hill House. Jackson-Cohen played the drug-addled Luke Crain in the first entry of this Netflix horror anthology. He's also having something of a scary moment, having played Adrian Griffin in the remake of The Invisible Man earlier this year. The London-born actor plays Peter Quint, the spooky, toxic male of the show.
Henry Thomas

You will also recognize Henry Thomas from The Haunting of Hill House, where he played the young Hugh Crain. He's once again a tortured father figure in Bly Manor, where he plays Henry Wingrave, the bitter uncle of the spooky orphaned Wingrave children who has some demons of his own. The Texas-born Thomas is probably best known as playing Elliott in ET, but he's had a huge return in recent years as a horror star in a number of other Mike Flanagan films, Ouija: Origin of Evil, Gerald's Game, and Doctor Sleep.
T'Nia Miller

British actress T'Nia Miller has appeared in a number of popular UK TV series, including Sex Education and Years and Years. Unlike some of the other stars, she did not appear in Hill House. In Bly Manor she plays Hannah Grose, the mysterious housekeeper who neither eats nor drinks and seems rightly befuddled most of the time.
Rahul Kohli

British actor Rahul Kohli played Dr. Ravi Chakrabarti in the series iZombie. Like Miller, this is his first time in the Haunting anthology series. He plays Owen, the cheerful house chef, who has dad jokes right out of a '90s sitcom and seems perfectly unaware that he's living in a horror story.
Amelia Eve

A relative newcomer, Amelia Eve's part as the groundskeeper Jamie is one of her first big roles. Previously she had a small appearance in the 2017 comedy series Enterprice.
