Gordon Lam is almost recovered from previous fall
25 Sep - Gordon Lam recently assured that he is 80 percent recovered following his recent accident at home.
The actor-producer, who had to cancel his trip to Beijing and the Venice Film Festival due to the mishap, couldn't help but laugh at himself, saying that he felt like an old man having to support his back when he is sitting down.
As for the incident, Gordon revealed that he accidentally fell down the stairs and tore his muscles.
"It had been raining heavily, and I was wearing new shoes... I was in so much pain that I couldn't move and had to call a taxi," he said.
Asked if he would get married so that he will have a wife to take care of him, Gordon smiled and said, "With having such pain, I don't want to even think about finding a wife. I never thought about that."
The actor added that he didn't even know how to hire a maid, and is used to cleaning up after himself.
"Even my mum is not allowed to touch my stuff," he added, jokingly.
As for his upcoming work, Gordon said that he is currently busy writing scripts and also hopes to produce more works especially for the Lunar New Year.
