Gillian Cheung denies getting affected by online trolls
26 Jul - Gillian Cheung denied being affected by internet trolls who previously flooded her online Q&A with fans by posting messages about Edison Chen continuously throughout the interview.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who appeared at the premiere of her new movie, "The Cinema That Never Dies II" recently, explained that her gloomy expression throughout the live broadcast was due to a headache, and not because she was affected by the trolls.
"My head was throbbing, and everything moved so fast, I didn't even know which question I should answer," she said.
When asked if she saw Edison's name in some of the posts, she responded, "Everything goes up so fast, I couldn't see anything."
The history between Gillian and Edison was not a good one, as she was one of the celebrities who found themselves unwillingly sucked into the scandal that is the actor's leaked sex tapes.
While Gillian is currently still single, the actor is now living happily with his partner, model Qin Shupei. The two already have a daughter together that they named Alaia.
