Gerald Anderson excited about new movie with Arci Munoz

The actor says that "Can We Still Be Friends" will be something different and relatable

20 Apr - After working together in "Always Be My Maybe", Gerald Anderson revealed that he and Arci Munoz are excited about their new movie, "Can We Still Be Friends".

As reported on PEP News, the actor, who spoke about the upcoming project recently, admitted that he couldn't wait to show the movie to fans as he believes it offers a fresh story that will be relatable to viewers.

"It's a unique story as well," said Anderson. "I think it's better [than "Always Be My Maybe"]. I just think that the story is something that many can relate to in comparison to the last one."

Anderson stated that it was his and Munoz's wish to make movies that would feel familiar to the audiences watching them. They even call their love tandem "Team Relate".

On the other hand, Munoz recently shared a photo with Anderson at the story conference of the said project and wrote, "So happy to do another "relate" film with you!"

No further information has been given about the new project except that it will be a movie about breakup and relationship, directed by Prime Cruz ("Sleepless", "If Rain Were Made Out of Chocolate").
