Gabby Concepcion still wants reunion project
25 Sep – Although Sharon Cuneta has previously expressed uncertainty about their reunion project being made, Gabby Concepcion admitted that he is always open to a cooperation.
As reported on ABS-CBN, the actor who spoke about the previously shelved project, stated that he has never said no to a reunion with his ex-wife and former onscreen partner, although timing is everything.
"There are many factors to consider. I hope we can make the movie happen. We have been waiting for that," he said.
However, Concepcion admitted that he and Cuneta are not on speaking terms at the moment.
"But we will, once we get things together. I'd like to do that movie. There is a possibility that it will happen," he added.
The two stars were last seen together in the 1992 movie, "Tayong Dalawa".
In his previous interview, Concepcion stated that there were two reasons why he didn't want to go through with their previous project - one being the fact that the project was offered to him based on a synopsis and not a full story, and that he had just freshly signed with GMA-7 at the time.
