(G)I-DLE's Shuhua and Kai Ko are not dating
19 Jul - (G)I-DLE Shuhua's agency has recently dismissed rumours of romance between the singer and Taiwanese actor Kai Ko.
As reported on Oriental Daily, netizens recently claimed that the two must be dating, after the actor posted a comment with three smiling with eyes closed emoji on the G-IDLE member's latest post.
The said post was a series of photos of Shuhua, where she captioned it with a line, "Hey~ I love you" from the group's new song, "Klaxon".
In a short statement, Cube Entertainment addressed the speculations and said, "There is no factual basis."
Kai, who had since deleted the comment, responded to a question about the rumour on 17 July, saying, "I was just passing by her post. I'm sorry if I had caused trouble to her and everyone."
