Fred Cheng, Stephanie Ho to hold wedding at the end of 2020
20 Jan – Fred Cheng recently revealed that he and Stephanie Ho are planning to hold their wedding at a vineyard in North America at the end of the year.
As reported on Mingpao, the couple shared the good news during an interview with TVB Entertainment News' "StarTalk", with Fred saying that they plan to have a simple ceremony attended by family and close friends.
"We don't want a wedding where there are too many performances. We just want to enjoy our big day without spending too much energy on socialising," said Fred.
When asked about his proposal, which happened while they were on a trip with their family, the singer said that he was nervous the whole time.
"I was even more nervous than when I had to hold my concert. I was worried that we would be stopped at customs and they would check our luggage since I didn't want Stephanie to see the ring. Luckily we passed through it without issue," he said.
The couple, who have dated since 2017, announced their engagement on New Year's Day.
