Five luxurious yachts you can charter from Singapore

There are several luxurious super yachts which you can charter from Singapore, and some of these come complete with a gym, a home cinema and karaoke lounges.

Here are five yachts that are available for charter from our sunny island. They will be on display at the annual Singapore Yacht Show, which will takes place from 6 to 9 April at One°15 Marina at Sentosa Cove.

1. Ocean Emerald

Built in 2009 by Italian shipyard Rodriguez Yachts and totally refitted in 2015, the Ocean Emerald boasts four different decks. The sundeck comes complete with sun beds, a bar and gym equipment; the main deck houses a home cinema; the upper deck is themed after a “beach hut” and comes with a cappuccino bar and games station; while the exterior deck makes for a perfect place for alfresco dining.

A crew of seven people is on hand to attend to you. Charter is priced from S$133,000 a week.

2. Eagle Wings

Co-owned by Singaporean siblings Julian and Lisa Theng, the 20.7-metre-long yacht is known to be the most spacious among yachts of the same length. With nearly 300 square meters of living space, the two-hulled yacht has four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom as well as an open-air bar.

It also has an air-conditioned central area with glass walls and semi leather chairs, and is equipped with various water toys for guests to play with.

There are four two-seater kayaks, sea scooters, sail dinghies and a whale banana boat. Other entertainment includes karaoke, piano and mahjong.

Charter is priced from S$1,700 for four hours on weekdays. An additional surcharge of S$300 applies for Fridays, weekends, public holidays and eve of public holidays.

3. Primetime – Lagoon 620

The luxurious Lagoon 620 catamaran is the biggest of all twin-hulled boats by Primetime, boasting a large deck space and interior. The vessel boasts a trampoline, and passengers are allowed to dive into sea while at anchor.

Based at the One°15 Marina, the catamaran was built for up to 37 guests. It has four cabins and up to 10 beds. Facilities include a bar, karaoke and a BBQ grill.

If you love water sports, the catamaran also comes with kayaks, a standup board and water guns.

Charter is priced from S$4,199 for five hours on weekdays, with an additional surcharge of S$600 for Fridays, weekends, public holidays and eve of public holidays.

4. XIMULA

The XIMULA is another luxurious catamaran that comes with a spacious interior and wide sundeck. Able to accommodate up to 18 guests, the XIMULA is also equipped for water sports such as kayaking, stand-up paddling and snorkelling.

Charter is priced from S$1,000 for four hours on weekdays, with an additional surcharge of S$200 for weekends, public holidays and eve of public holidays.

5. Silver Fast

The Silver Fast is known for being one of the most advanced yachts. It is equipped with one of the world’s largest and fastest aluminium motors and has a speed capability of more than 27 knots. The 77-metre-long yacht can accommodate up to 12 guests across eight rooms, including a master suite, three VIP rooms, a double cabin and three twin cabins.

Chartering of the yacht comes with a crew of 19 people. Charter is priced from S$906,815 for a week.
