If street culture, a facet of city life characterised by creativity, diversity, and a space for people to be themselves, is up your street, visit the fifth edition of Culture Cartel 2025. The event will be held for the first time at the Singapore EXPO Hall 5 from 17-19 Jan.
Asia’s first-of-its-kind all-encompassing street culture convention, Culture Cartel 2025, is ready to bridge communities and brands from around the world as it brings together the best street brands and talents across the spheres of art, fashion, music, tattoos and toys.
A general single-day pass will set you back S$16. The pass includes 1 raffle ticket and a door gift for the first 100 persons. A VIP single-day pass, which is priced at S$50, comes with 6 raffle tickets and a door gift for the first 100 persons. VIP pass holders get to enter the convention an hour earlier. Children below 10 years old enjoy free admission.

1. Culture Cartel Vault
The first-ever display will convene gems from Singaporean and global collections, such as:
A never-before-seen Star Wars collection by Elim Chew, founder of the streetwear brand, 77th Street. The collection includes an original vintage 12-inch action figure line by American toy brand Kenner between 1978 and 1980 with a value of over S$40,000.
Singapore’s largest Hello Kitty collection owned by Singaporean collector Sofie Chandra. It features a curation of enviable partnership pieces, including a S$6,000 Hello Kitty x Louis Vuitton bag upcycled by famed American designer Sheron Barber.
2. Marketspace
There’s something for everyone at Culture Cartel 2025’s Marketspace. Here, small businesses sell a variety of goods. From old digital cameras to modern timepieces and streetwear clothing, the curated flea market commemorates innovation and handiwork.
3. ART-ZOO Collection & Pop-Park
ART-ZOO, a creative lifestyle brand based on the idea of “For Children of all Ages”, brings its “For Children of All Ages” collection, comprising colourful and imaginative items for those of all ages, and its ‘A-Z POP PARK’ concept, a crossover between a pop-up store and an art park, to Asia for the first time, after its ComplexCon debut in Las Vegas in Nov.
4. Street Chess Tournaments by Aliwal Chess Club
Aliwal Chess Club, a street chess community that hosts meetings in culturally rich areas such as Kampong Glam will be holding street chess competitions at Culture Cartel 2025.
5. Car Showcase by Horizon Drivers Club
If you are a car enthusiast, enjoy the car showcase at Culture Cartel 2025. It features vehicles from dazzling supercars to classic cars, interactive booths, and great music.
It is hosted by the Horizon Drivers Club, a media agency that has worked with brands including Porsche, Volkswagen, and BMW to produce short films and online content.
6. CASETiFY Limited Edition Phone Cases
CASETiFY Singapore will be launching limited-edition phone cases featuring designs by 4 renowned Singaporean artists, Aeropalmics, DAZE, Tell Your Children and Yung Raja.
Each artwork is a nod to the creative’s personality, serving as a one-of-a-kind articulation that tells its own exalting tale. A limited number of 50 pieces per design will be on sale.
7. White Rabbit Bubble Tea Series
If you have a sweet tooth, Hao Food SG, the distributor of the White Rabbit candy, will launch its inaugural White Rabbit Bubble Tea series, made with real White Rabbit milk.
8. SGP 3×3 League 2025
For the first time, Culture Cartel 2025 will host the leg of the SG Premier (SGP) 3×3 League 2025 by the Basketball Association of Singapore. Catch the rapid action, fierce tournaments and non-stop enthusiasm as street basketball at its best takes centre stage.
