Fiona Sit releases new song to help support business
17 Jun – With the pandemic threatening businesses and showbiz alike, Fiona Sit admitted that she has been working much harder than usual to ensure that both her clothing brand and music career stays afloat.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer who spoke at the promotional event for ViuTV's "Chill Club" recently, stated that she is not only supporting herself and her family through her work, but a number of employees working for her clothing business.
"I have not recorded a new song for a year and a half, so recently I decided to release a new song, "The Prince Near You"," she added.
When asked to explain the song, Fiona stated that it's about how finding the perfect man in real life is much harder than in fairy tales.
"I want to meet someone who will warm me, doesn't matter how he looks. But right now, I am not anxious to get married. It's just a piece of paper to me," she added.
