Our best Easter biscuit and cookie recipes for 2024
Easter biscuits are such a fun way to get the family baking together and a really great way to get the little ones involved. Easter Sunday falls on 31st March this year and we have plenty of Easter biscuit recipes for you to try.
Some of our favourite options include an iced Easter egg biscuit, crumbly oat chocolate cookies, simnel spiced daisy cookies and a cornflake and mini egg biscuit to use up any leftover chocolate (if that's even possible!).
Our cornflake and mini egg biscuit is a bit like the popular mini chocolate cornflake nests but in biscuit form. They're really easy to make and addictive. Plus, they make a great option when you're looking for a weekend activity and is perfect for kids to help out with. They're so good that one batch probably won't last the entire weekend.
Our fried egg and bacon biscuits are a really fun biscuit to make with kids and can double up as an edible decoration on the Easter table.
Our simnel cake cookies are inspired by the classic simnel cake recipe. They are American style cookies baked with almonds, raisins, spices and filled with white chocolate chunks. You can also add in marzipan chunks if you're a real fan of the taste of simnel cake.
