Anna Sui and Marc Jacobs have a very sweet friendship. Over the years, they've parlayed this personal relationship into collaborations through their brands a few times — first in 2018, then again last year. They're teaming up yet again, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Jacobs' namesake label.

On Tuesday, the two brands announced a limited-edition varsity jacket and remixed version of Marc Jacobs' popular Snapshot bag, retailing at $1,995 and $350, respectively. Each item features graphics by Will Broome, the visual artist behind characters in the Marc Jacobs world like Miss and Mister Marc.

"Marc and I have been friends forever. This collaboration has been such a privilege to work on," Sui said in a press release. "There is nothing better than creating with a friend."

"The first time that Marc and I really got to know each other and hung out was when I did my first show, and Womenswear [Daily] interviewed us together," Sui added in a campaign video shot by Nick Newbold. "There were two other designers there, but somehow Marc and I really bonded."

It's shaping up to be a year of fabulous brand mashups in honor of Jacobs' milestone. The designer previously revealed a must-have red lipstick with Pat McGrath in February. The collaboration with Sui will be available to shop March 28 on both the Marc Jacobs and Anna Sui websites. Keep scrolling to see and shop the pieces.
