Fan Bingbing to fight, not Jackie
20 May – Jackie Chan and Fan Bingbing recently revealed more information on their upcoming film "Skiptrace".
According to HK Top Ten, while attending the press conference for the film recently together with the movie director, Sam Fell, Fan Bingbing revealed that she will be participating in many action scenes, while the action actor will take a backseat.
"I will have fighting scenes. Whenever Jackie wants me to fight, I will fight. He even wants me to fight him!" the actress enthused.
Meanwhile, when asked if the two of them will have any romantic scenes, Jackie Chan revealed that Fan will be playing his niece in the movie.
"She will be fighting most of the time in this movie, while I will do much talking and acting," the actor enthused.
It was also revealed that the movie will boost a budget of USD 35 million and will shoot in various locations including China, Hong Kong, Siberia, and US.
When asked why he would not be directing this time around despite the success of "CZ12", Jackie quipped, "I want to make some easy money."
