Suhyeongdang is known for its exquisitely crafted buns, such as the viral K-Apple Bread (DaeguNeunggeumbang) (S$5.90 for 1 piece, S$35.50 for a set of 6), an adorable apple-shaped bun stuffed with cream cheese and apple cubes.

Other popular breads to get your hands on include the Sweet Potato Bread (S$5.20 for 1 piece, S$15.60 for a set of 3), which dons a realistic sweet potato appearance, and the Garlic Manju (S$3.90 for 1 piece, S$15.60 for a set of 4), which is shaped like a whole garlic, complete with individual cloves.

More iconic buns are the Black Sesame Cream Cheese Bread (S$5.50), Black Sesame Peanut Crumb Bread (S$5.30) and the “Signature 1946” Whole Red Bean Bread (S$4.90), which are all stuffed generously with fillings.

Don’t miss out on the Yakgwa Macaron Set (S$15), a delicious set of 6 Korean Yakgwa cookies in the flavours of green tea, strawberry and blueberry.

Suhyeongdang was last in Singapore in Aug 2023, as part of a pop-up collaboration with Market Blue in Tanglin Mall. That pop-up saw consistently long queues on all 11 days of its operations, with many K-bread lovers waiting for hours to get their hands on these famous bakes.

You’ll catch this Bugis Junction pop-up when you visit from 11am to 9pm, though based on past experiences, their more popular products may sell out sooner than that, so it is safer for you to drop by as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
