Eyka Farhana and Akhyar Rashid are engaged

6 Nov - Eyka Farhana surprised many by announcing her engagement with footballer, Akhyar Rashid.

The actress, real name Wan Atiqa Wan Sarmizi, shared the good news on 4 November, revealing that the engagement ceremony happened on 4 August, based on a photo of an engagement cake that had the date written on it.

"Masha-Allah. Tabarakallah. Peace be upon you, my fiance," she posted.

Meanwhile, Akhyar also posted similar photos from the ceremony with the caption being a ring, a white heart and a prayer hands emoji.

The ceremony reportedly was a private one, attended by only close family members.

Eyka had kept mum about her relationship with Akhyar prior to the announcement, though the two have been spotted together on several occasions since 2020.
