Exclusive: SLS Just Debuted Its First Residences in Madrid

International luxury hospitality group SLS will make its brand debut in Europe with the opening of an outpost in Barcelona this fall. In the meantime, the company has unveiled a new branded project, a collection of private residences in the Spanish capital.

SLS Madrid Infantas Residences, the brand’s first standalone private residences in Europe, is slated for completion in early 2026 and has already launched sales. The development will be in the bustling Justicia district, one of Madrid’s most architecturally significant neighborhoods. The neo-Baroque 1920s building was designed by Spanish architect Eduardo Sanchez Eznarriaga and interestingly, was once home to writer Enrique Jardiel Poncela.

“The combination of SLS and the city location is something special,” Tom Bryant, director of global residential development sales at Savills, said in a press statement. “Best-in-class new build residential property is in short supply in Madrid and SLS Madrid Infantas Residences will offer buyers a level of quality, service, and amenities which is hard to beat.”

The building will have a lavishly appointed lounge for residents.

Once complete, the building will feature 33 residences ranging from one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments to penthouses. Designed by Studio Carter, the homes will measure anywhere from 1,657 square feet up to 2,669 square feet with prices starting at $1.6 million.

Of course, buyers who call SLS Madrid Infantas Residences home will have access to a slew of exclusive on-site amenities and private spaces to either work or play. Think a communal board room, a screening room, a library, a fitness studio, and a temperature-controlled wine cellar and tasting room. There’s also a rooftop terrace that’s decked out with a swimming pool, a yoga platform, and a meditation zone. For an additional cost, the building also provides a suite of on-demand lifestyle services that include everything from a personal stylist to a private jeweler.

Amenities include an indoor pool and another on the roof.

“Madrid offers an attractive context for acquiring prime residential properties, supported by an environment of physical and legal security,” added Carlos Zamora, Knight Frank Spain’s head of residential. “The Spanish capital provides stability in an international geopolitical landscape marked by disruptions. Additionally, Spain is currently in a very positive phase of the economic cycle.”

The opening of SLS Madrid Infantas Residences marks the brand’s third standalone residential project in its portfolio. Currently, SLS has its inaugural standalone property planned for Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah enclave.
