Although summer doesn’t officially start until June 20, Starbucks kicked off the season in May with the release of its summer menu. This year’s seasonal offerings included a boba-inspired Summer Berry Refreshers drink with “bursting raspberry pearls,” a White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew, and a light and tangy Pineapple Cloud Cake.

But according to snack influencer Mark Vayntraub, who posts on social media under the name @markie_devo, that was just the beginning. In an Instagram post, he said that Starbucks will start offering three new iced energy drinks, two new blended coffee drinks, and two new breakfast items later this month.

According to Vayntraub, the second half of the summer menu includes:

  • Iced energy drinks in three flavors: Tropical Citrus, Melon Burst, and Frozen Tropical Citrus. A post shared on the r/Starbucks subreddit said that these energy drinks do not contain coffee, and are made with “an exclusive energy base” that contains 180 milligrams of caffeine per can. (The Tropical Citrus Iced Energy drink is expected to have 205 milligrams of caffeine per serving. By comparison, drinking two 8.4-ounce cans of Red Bull will give you 160 milligrams of caffeine.)

  • Two non-dairy options, including a Non-Dairy Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and a Cinnamon Crumble Oat Milk Frappuccino. The latter is a decadent-sounding combo of Frappuccino Roast Coffee, toasted cinnamon syrup, oat milk, and ice, that will be topped with Oatly vanilla-flavored whipped cream and cinnamon crumbles.

  • An Egg, Pesto, and Mozzarella Sandwich served on a toasted cheddar and onion bun

  • A Blueberry Streusel Muffin

Although Starbucks has not confirmed these leaked menu items, another Redditor who says they are a Starbucks barista wrote that “the energy drinks, new frap, and food will launch June 25th according to the [internal] June Monthly Update.”

This isn’t the only summer menu that will hit this month. In a separate Instagram post, Vayntraub said that Dunkin’ will soon be dropping its own seasonal specials, including Bonfire S’mores Frozen Coffee, S’mores Cold Brew, a S’mores-inspired doughnut, and a Tornado Twist-flavored Spark’d Energy drink. There will also be three new breakfast options — a Hot Honey Bacon Breakfast Sandwich, a Hot Honey Bacon Wake-Up Wrap, and Hot Honey Snackin’ Bacon — all made with Mike’s Hot Honey. These new items are scheduled to hit Dunkin’ stores on Wednesday, June 26.

And, not to be pedantic about it, but those June 25th and 26th release dates mean that they can officially be called Summer Menus. Now we can’t wait to grumble about the “Autumn” releases that come out in late August.
