Eva Amurri is unveiling her chic furniture line designed to complement the home of any modern family.

The actress and entrepreneur, 39, launched a new capsule collection of luxury furniture with BenchMade Modern on Tuesday, June 4. The line is in collaboration with her lifestyle brand, Happily Eva After, and features 19 pieces ranging from sofas and sectionals to benches and accent chairs.

Amurri, who first stumbled upon BenchMade Modern while furnishing her new home in 2023, says one of her favorite things about the line is that it’s stylish and stands up to the messes that her three children make.

“When I became a mom, I had a vision that beautiful pieces in our homes can and should stand up to families,” says Amurri. “None of us should apologize for living beautifully chaotic and full lives, and our shared spaces can mirror that ethos. I love unique design pieces that stand out, but still look part of a cohesive design.”

The New Girl actress shares three children — sons Mateo Antoni, 4, and Major James, 7, as well as daughter Marlowe Mae, 9 — with ex-husband Kyle Martino.

Amurri — who is the daughter of actress Susan Sarandon and director Franco Amurri – adds that even her kids are impressed with the furniture company’s products.

“My kids had never remarked on a piece of furniture before, and were going on and on about how soft the fabric was and how comfy it was to snuggle on,” Eva recalls, referring to the sectional they bought for their new home. “As we lived with the couch longer, it was my turn to be blown away by the quality of the fabric!”

She adds that despite her kids’ getting  “every staining substance known to man” on their cream-colored sectional, the mess came out “beautifully” thanks to the performance fabrics.

After launching Happily Eva After in 2015, the blogger says this collection has been a “dream realized” for her.

“One of the things I've always maintained through my lifestyle brand is the belief that families can have beautiful things, you just need the right thing,” she emphasizes.

Each piece in the collection is made in the United States and boasts over 125 fabric and leather options.

They also offer “organic rounded edges” and “warm wood accents” that can complement any design aesthetic. Thanks to the pieces’ “curve appeal,” the mom of three says you can “sink comfortably into them without a sunken space being left once you get up.”

As for Eva’s favorite item in the line, the modular sofa may be first in the running because “it can grow with you as a family and expand as you move spaces ... or add family members!”
