Ernie Zakri saddened over negative comments about daughter Khawla
4 Apr - Ernie Zakri couldn't help but feel saddened over haters making negative comments about her toddler daughter, Khawla in posts and videos that she and husband Syamel shared on social media.
The singer, who spoke about the situation, stated that she understood the fact that she and her husband cannot escape from negative comments from those who do not like them. However, they do have mixed feelings when those comments were directed to Khawla.
"She is still a toddler. She doesn't know anything. Sometimes when we upload videos of Khawla laughing or sulking, some would comment that she is 'not that cute'. I don't even know what wrong my daughter did to you," she said.
However, Ernie said that she and Syamel acknowledged the fact that they have to bear the risks when they made the decision to share about their daughter on social media.
"But after getting those negative comments, we decided to limit videos about Khawla. People can say anything, but we're the ones who are going through it," she added.
It is noted that Ernie and Syamel's two-year-old, known to many as Lala, is already a celebrity of her own, having even several fan accounts dedicated to her.
