Erika Toda gives birth to first baby

8 May – Erika Toda has recently given birth to her first child.

The actress shared the good news via her agency Flamme on 4 May, writing, "I would like to announce that my first child has been born. Both mum and baby are doing well."

"As I am spending my heartwarming days with a new life in front of me, I am grateful to everyone who always supports me and watches over me warmly. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support. We look forward to your continued support in the future."

Meanwhile, husband Tori Matsuzaka wrote, "I am extremely happy."

Erika and Tori tied the knot in December 2020, after meeting on the set of the 2015 movie, "April Fools". The couple announced the pregnancy in November 2022.

Her baby's birth date and gender have not been made public.
