Eric Tsang to refrain from work in the limelight
23 Aug – TVB has recently released a statement saying that Eric Tsang, now general manager of the station, will not be participating in any in front of the camera work.
On 22 August, following news that Eric had undergone surgery, the company announced that the TVB Executive is currently recovering well in accordance to the doctor's order.
"We look forward to Mr. Zeng's return as soon as possible to fully promote the progress of the production business. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all parties for their concern," it added.
TVB also added that they have now delayed the broadcast of "Asia Super Young", which was originally scheduled to premiere on 3 September as Eric "is temporarily unable to participate in any in front of the camera work".
Earlier, Eric assured that he is doing fine after his stent placement in Taipei, which was done following his annual health checkup.
