Elva Ni proud of her mother for winning 2019 Hot Mama
26 Dec – Model-actress Elva Ni is one proud daughter, after her mother emerged as the winner of the 2019 Hot Mama World Finals.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress recently shared a photo of her with her mother at the event following the latter's crowning, writing, "I want to announce loudly that mum has won the championship! She is the champion among the group of the global hot mommas of 2019! She's really good! Amazing! I really admire her!"
Elva stated that she was happy to be able to see her mother perform a dance for the first time live on stage, after having only seen old videos and photos of her in action.
"What I appreciate about mum is her seriousness about every performance, wanting to do the best in everything she does. She always said that winning or losing is not important, and that the happiest thing for her is to see the family coming to support her at the competition," she said.
Elva also congratulated all the mothers who competed in the pageant, saying that they are all winners in her eyes.
"It's not easy to find the confidence to be on the stage on your own. Mothers, all of you have worked hard!" she added.
The winners of the 2019 Hot Mama were chosen based on talent, creativity, national costumes, evening gowns, as well as elegance and wits.
