Elva Hsiao denies dating anew
22 Sep – A month after she admitted to being single again, Elva Hsiao has now sparked another romance rumour.
The Taiwanese singer recently had everybody talking when she appeared at Wang Leehom's concert with a mixed-race guy. The two were photographed sitting in the box at the Taipei Arena, though separated by one person.
It is reported that the man is of Japanese and Scottish descent and is about 30 years old. He also reportedly used Elva's Cadillac to go to the airport when he was leaving Taiwan.
However, when asked about the man, Elva denied that they were dating, saying, "He is a newcomer that was just signed by the company. He will come to Taiwan to develop, and he will focus on doing dramas."
In a previous interview, Elva, who confirmed to have broken up with younger boyfriend Justin Huang, said, "Of course I think about [love]. It's just that what I want is different now and I care more about how I feel now."
Elva had a high profile relationship with Justin Huang, who is 16 years younger to her, back in 2019. However, they ended their relationship in 2021.
