Dr. Jezamine Lim denies affair between Harith Iskander and a pageant queen
2 Aug - Dr. Jezamine Lim has dismissed the idea that her ex-husband Harith Iskander had cheated on her with a beauty queen.
The entrepreneur, who is still managing the comedian's career, stated that Harith and the said pageant winner were just acquaintances and that people should not speculate about the reason for their divorce.
"They only met at an event. Just a hi hi bye bye thing. They do not hang out or go out together," she said.
Jezamine stated that a lot of people have been using news of their divorce to try and get something from it, and that she has now learned who her true friends are.
Asked if the beauty queen has contacted her after the rumours started to circulate, she stated that she would rather not be in contact with anyone that will eventually create a negative vibe.
"Harith and I do not want any relationship with negative people. If we know that the person is [negative], we will just avoid them," she said.
Jezamine and Harith ended their marriage officially back on 25 July after 14 years of marriage. The two remained tightlipped regarding the cause of their marriage breakdown but are maintaining a good relationship.
