Donald Trump Invites Gennifer Flowers to Clinton Debate

Donald Trump has invited Gennifer Flowers, who says she had an affair with Bill Clinton, to the first presidential debate Monday — and seems to have gotten an RSVP.

After learning that “Shark Tank” investor Mark Cuban was not only helping prep Hillary Clinton for Monday’s debate but was also asked to sit front and center during the face-off, Trump did what Trump does and took to Twitter.

Flowers responded quickly with a tweeter of her own:

Just a week earlier, Bill O’Reilly asked Trump if he would bring up former President Clinton’s infidelity during the debates, to which Trump answered, “I don’t know what I’m going to do exactly. It depends on what level she hits you with, if she’s fair, if it’s unfair. But certainly I’m not looking to do that.”

Flowers stepped forward during Bill Clinton’s 1992 Presidential election campaign, claiming that they had a 12-year relationship. After Clinton denied it, Flowers held a press conference where she played tapes that she said she had secretly recorded alleged conversation between her and Clinton. News reports claimed they were doctored.

The 90-minute debate begins at 9 p.m. ET and will be aired live on C-SPAN, ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC, as well as CNN, Fox News and MSNBC, among other networks.
