Dizzy Dizzo wants to shed "Sunny Wang's wife" image
29 Apr - Rapper Dizzy Dizzo (Dominique Choy) recently revealed that she is making an effort to regain her identity by joining the reality show, "Ride the Waves" (aka "Sisters Who Make Waves").
In a short interview on the show, the Taiwanese-Australian rapper, who is married to Taiwanese actor Sunny Wang, revealed that there were numerous times where she thought about quitting showbiz.
"Thanks to Sunny Wang, I dated and then married him. Everyone knows him and the media was focused on him. Of course, the media was not paying attention to my music, but to gossips and my personal life," she said.
Dominique seemed to get choked up when she revealed that when she introduces herself, she would always say, "I am Sunny Wang's wife," but that no one would ask her her name.
Calming herself down soon after, the singer then added that she would like to turn the title "Sunny Wang's wife" into a positive energy and use the programme to reintroduce everybody to her music and her stage name, Dizzy Dizzo.
