Dingdong Dantes excited about working with Aga Muhlach
6 Jul - Dingdong Dantes admitted that he is anticipating his upcoming project under Star Cinema, "Seven Sundays", and that is partly because he will finally be able to work with his idol, Aga Muhlach.
As reported on Rappler, the actor who spoke to the media at the YesPinoy Foundation event recently, stated that he has wanted to work with Muhlach since his first day in the industry.
"Aga Muhlach was one of my idols growing up. So of course, one of the things that I was looking forward to is to work with him. Finally, the opportunity comes," he enthused.
In addition to Muhlach, Dantes said he is also looking forward to reuniting with Cristine Reyes, of whom he has known since their "Starstruck" days.
"Onscreen, this will be the first time we will be working together. So, I am really looking forward to this journey," he added.
However, the actor said that the opportunity to work with Muhlach and to reunite with Reyes were not the only reasons for him to say yes to the project.
"I like the family lens in the movie, meaning it has been a long time since I personally watched a family-themed Filipino movie," he said.
