Dingdong Dantes auctions items for charity
8 May – Dingdong Dantes has auctioned some of his preloved items in an effort to raise funds for charity amid the pandemic.
As reported on Inquirer, the actor who joined Drew Arellano's fundraising project dubbed "Drew's Closet", sold several items including his bike gear during a livestream on Arellano's Facebook page on 5 May.
In addition, he also auctioned off two trucker caps which he customised for son Sixto's baptism, two helmets, as well as a leather motorcycle suit he previously wore while in training with the California Superbike School in Pampanga two years ago.
Proceeds from the auction will go to several charity organisations including Andrew's Fund PH, Caritas Manila, and YES Pinoy.
Prior to the Kapuso star, Arellano held a similar auction with Jericho Rosales.
