Dicky Cheung shares tips to successful long-distance marriage
13 Jun – Although the two of them have been married for more than a decade now, Dicky Cheung admitted that he and wife Jess Zhang have been living in separate cities for many years now.
As reported on ET Today, the actor, who spoke about their "long-distance" marriage on the variety show, "Familiar Taste" recently, shared that he has been living in Hong Kong while Jess is staying in Beijing.
"I don't want her to give up her life for me. Her mother is based in Beijing, and so are most of her friends. She has a life there," he said.
Despite being in two separate places most of the time, Dicky said that he would always find time to fly to Beijing to be with her. They would often talk on the phone and promise to never lie to each other.
"Even though we live apart, we both know what each other is doing daily," he said.
