Di Ying expresses support and encouragement for Shin Lung
30 Mar – Taiwanese actress Di Ying recently expressed encouragement and support towards singer Shin Lung, who is in mourning following the death of beloved wife, actress-dancer Serina Liu.
As reported on Epoch Times, in the latest episode of her show, "The Golden Age" recently, Di expressed her sadness over the loss, saying that she has always viewed Serina as a perfect woman.
"She is so perfect, that's why God took her to be an angel. From what I know about Serina, she was very kind. Maybe God took her away to make her happier," she said.
Although she is not as familiar with Shin Lung himself, Di stated that they once met each other at a wedding banquet.
"At the time Shin asked me, "Do you think it would be okay to get married?" I said, "If you have met the right person, it's okay to get married." I think he was already in love with Serina at the time and was thinking of marrying her," she said.
To Shin, the actress said, "Your daughter is still young. You have to cheer up and live well."
On the other hand, the actress' husband Sun Peng stated he would definitely console the singer if they saw each other.
