K-drama fans, get ready to see popular actor Song Joong-ki in Singapore in less than two weeks on 8 August.

Song will be coming to promote his new movie “The Battleship Island”, along with the film’s director, Ryoo Seung-wan, and co-stars Hwang Jung-min and So Ji-Sub.

Earlier in July, the South Korean actor announced his impending marriage to actress Song Hye-kyo, his co-star in the popular drama, “Descendants Of The Sun”.

“The Battleship island” is a film set during World War II, and tells the story of an attempted prison break from a forced labour camp on Hashima Island, which is about 15km from the Japanese port city of Nagasaki.
