Derek Ramsay wants to remain friends with Andrea Torres

15 Mar – Although the two of them have yet to be in touch with one another since their breakup, Derek Ramsay recently admitted that he would like to still remain friends with Andrea Torres.

As reported on GMA, the actor, who is now dating Ellen Adarna, stated that he has no ill-feelings towards his exes, including the Kapuso star, and did not regret what happened between the two of them.

"There was no party, nobody intentionally tried to hurt anyone. There was just, I guess, differences between the both of us that we couldn't handle," he said.

Ramsay stated that he would absolutely have no issue to approach Torres and greet her and her mother if they were to see each other at work.

"But again, we're both two different individuals and I guess, we handle things differently. And I'm sure there will come a time where we will be back to having some sort of relationship as friends, and I hope for that one day," he said.

Ramsay and Torres confirmed their relationship back in September 2019 after working together on the Kapuso drama, "The Better Woman", and even started a YouTube channel together. However, the relationship ended a year after, with both Ramsay and Torres announcing it in November.

Not even three months later, Ramsay met Adarna while hosting a dinner at his home in Ayala Alabang, and confirmed their relationship in February this year.

It is noted that Ramsay and Torres were supposed to work together on another TV project, which had been shelved due to the breakup.
