Della Wu assures she is fine after stage accident

7 Aug – Taiwanese singer Della Wu (aka Ding Dang) has assured fans that she is fine following her recent stage accident.

As reported on Epoch Times, the singer, who fell off a platform from the height of 2.1 metres while performing at the Super Slippa 10 event in Taipei a few days ago, recently shared a photo of her giving an okay sign while waiting at the hospital.

"I went to the hospital yesterday. After an X-ray, the doctors confirmed that there were no broken bones, just a hip contusion and muscle strain," she wrote.

She also thanked friends and fans alike for their well wishes, adding, "The body still ached at the moment, and the female warrior will need to recover for a while. But rest assured everyone!"

In the same post, Della admitted that she was a little disappointed that she wasn't able to give her very best performance at the event following the fall, despite already working hard on it prior to the show.

It is noted that the singer did continue her performance at the event after her accident, and only went to the hospital afterwards.
