Dee Hsu's eldest daughter to study in the US
25 Apr - It was reported that Dee Hsu's eldest daughter Elly has been offered to study overseas in the US.
As reported on Oriental Daily, sources stated that the 18-year-old daughter of the TV personality and entrepreneur Mike Hsu, has previously applied to the business schools of the top universities in the United States: the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Southern California.
It is noted that Dee has previously said that Elly will study abroad once she reached college age, and that Dee herself planned to accompany her daughter for a period of time before returning to Taiwan.
When asked about it recently, Dee confirmed the news, saying that Elly has been accepted to the said schools.
"She has always worked hard in her studies and maintained very good grades in school," the proud mum said, though admitted that she felt a little bit reluctant to part with her eldest.
It is noted that husband Mike's family is no stranger to studying abroad, with Mike himself having a Master's degree in architecture from the Columbia University. Meanwhile, Dee's sister-in-law also has a Master's degree in nutrition and epidemiology from Harvard University.
