Popular Japanese multi-tainer Dean Fujioka will be in Singapore for a performance on 1 July as part of ‘THE MUSIC DAY Summer Wishes Come True’ event, which will also be broadcast live across Asia.

Fujioka will also be having a closed-door meet-and-greet session on the same day with a select number of fans who will be chosen through a contest organised by GEM TV Asia.

THE MUSIC DAY is a special music programme in Japan that is held annually and features big names in the Japanese music industry. This year, THE MUSIC DAY will feature a star-studded lineup, including AKB48, Gen Hoshino, Ken Hirai, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, SEKAI NO OWARI, Perfume, as well as Johnny’s artists TOKIO, KinKi Kids, ARASHI, KANJANI EIGHT and KAME TO YAMAPI.

‘THE MUSIC DAY Summer Wishes Come True’ show will be broadcast live on 1 July from 4.45pm to 10pm in Singapore on GEM TV Asia (Singtel TV Ch 519).

Dean Fujioka has appeared in films and TV shows in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan. Most recently in 2016, his single, “History Maker” was used as the opening of the popular anime “Yuri On Ice”.
