Datuk Fazley Yaakob assures all is well between Raf and Mawar Rashid

1 Nov – Datuk Fazley Yaakob recently assured that everything is well between his brother Raf and the latter's wife, Mawar Rashid.

The 45-year-old singer, who was asked about the marital status between the two, said that he is very close to Raf, and that his brother has never mentioned anything of the sort.

"Raf would tell me everything. So, I do know that there is no marital problem. He also had just came back from doing his umra. I asked him about his marriage, and he said it is all fine. He is very open with me," said Fazley.

As to the controversy surrounding Mawar's previous decision to no longer wear hijab, Fazley stated that it was a personal choice.

"The family is just waiting and praying for the best for her. I haven't seen Mawar since the issue started. Just give her some space. But as an older brother, I was the first one to send a message through WhatsApp. I told them I will support them," he added.
