Daniel Fernando returns with "Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin"

The Vice Governor of Bulacan says he will balance his political career and acting work

28 Apr - Actor-turned-Vice Governor of Province of Bulacan, Daniel Fernando was revealed to have starred in Kimerald's comeback drama, "Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin."

As reported on ABS-CBN News, the former actor, who was last seen in a Kapamilya drama back in 2013, shared that he plays Gerald Anderson's father in the drama, a character who is driven by his love of money.

Fernando, whose last drama was GMA's "Yagit", stated that he has received a lot of offers from producers all these time, but had to refuse them for a while in order to fix his schedule.

He also assured that he will keep his acting career and political work in balance, stressing that he will never neglect his duty as a Vice Governor.

"Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin" is set to air 1 May.
