Calling all Fixer Upper fanatics-another one of Chip and Joanna Gaines's famous home reno's is on the market in Waco, Texas. The cutest brick house, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, has an asking price of just $219,000-which is the absolute lowest for a Chip and Jo original that we've ever seen.

The home was featured on season three, episode two of the HGTV show and was originally listed at $114,000. Since the couple featured on the show had a budget of $160,000, that left the dream team a good amount of money to invest into the property.

Built in 1927, Chip and Jo's goal was to keep the historic elements of the house in tact and updated while adding in some flair of their own-shiplap, anyone? Surprisingly enough, original shiplap was uncovered in one of the bedrooms, and of course Jo left it be. (Would it even be a Magnolia house if they tore it out?!)

An arched front doorway inspired Joanna to arch the hutch leading into the kitchen, and the small detail truly ties the home together.

The most enticing part of the property might just be the one thing the design duo didn't touch-a detached tiny building located in the backyard. The new homeowners now have their own renovation to do-or not to do-and they can turn the little house into a tiny home, she shed, or a studio, and maybe even rent it out on Airbnb. The possibilities are endless.
