Crystal Fung won't let negativity affect her

25 Aug – Although she seemed to have replaced Sisley Choi as the new "TVB newsmaker", Crystal Fung stated that she would not let all the negativity and bad rumours impact her in any way.

The actress, who has been plagued with many controversies surrounding her breakup with ex-boyfriend Martin, her friendship with Leonard Cheng, and her affiliation with Arnaldo Ho, stated that she will make sure that all of that won't sway her from focusing on what's important.

"I will continue to uphold my core values and show my true side. I don't need to rush out and explain myself just because of these speculations and gossip. It is useless to explain and not effective as taking an action. As long as I continue to work hard and not use any shortcuts, people will finally see me for who I am," she said.

She also admitted that the incident involving Arnaldo Ho and her good friend Kaman Kong has also helped her grow as a person.

"It has passed. I don't want to talk about it anymore. I am just a small artiste who wants to work quietly," she added, saying that her goal in showbiz is to be an all-round artiste.
