Crystal Fung denies needing help from security due to drunkenness
10 Jun – TVB actress Crystal Fung has recently denied rumours that she had to be escorted home by the security at her residence after returning home drunk from a party.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress who appeared at the "Community Chest Charity Show" event, clarified with the media that she was not intoxicated at all at the time and was merely feeling unwell.
"I think people who saw me that day didn't realise the situation and misunderstood it as me being drunk. I do admit though, I was not being a good role model. It was my extreme fasting that caused the body to have insufficient energy," she said.
Crystal said that the reports had caused her parents to worry about her to the extent that they are now asking her to move in back with them.
"But I am confident that I can take care of myself. I want to learn to be independent. Besides, the lease has yet to expire," she added.
