To commemorate the occasion, they have introduced a brand new laksa soup base, a bunch of new items and amazing deals for that ultimate indulgent hotpot experience.

Coucou opened their 2nd outlet in Jewel Changi Airport in 2022. The chain is a huge favourite amongst huoguo lovers and has even been dubbed the “Celebrity Hotpot Restaurant” online.

Much like Coucou’s popular Coconut-Chicken Soup Base, the new Nanyang Laksa Soup Base (both S$38 for Single Pot, S$24 for Twin Pot) is inspired by local flavours.

It features full-bodied curry spices and tofu puffs to give us our comfort dish refashioned as a hotpot base. There’s also a hint of hazelnut in the soup base for an nutty and creamy kick.

As a meat lover, I’m most excited aboutthe new F1 Wagyu Japanese Sirloin (S$68). Sourced from Kyushu, Japan, the beef has tonnes of complex marbling for an incredibly tender and melt-in-your-mouth texture.

The new Angka Prawns (S$28) on Coucou’s menu are locally sourced and extra fresh. Naturally sweet and juicy, they add lots of flavour to any soup base. Don’t miss out on other SG-exclusive menu items like the Cuttlefish Stuffed Portobello Mushroom with Tobiko (S$22) and the Lychee Ball With Shrimp (S$9).
