Just a few days ago, fans spotted a brand new Biscoff Cream Cake on shelves at Costco, and it looks absolutely divine.
Think of the buttery, warm, caramel flavors of classic Biscoff cookies transformed into a decadent layer cake. Featuring chocolate cream, vanilla cream, and sweet Biscoff cookie butter, this cake will taste like nothing you’ve had before, yet everything you’ve always wanted.

What is cookie butter, exactly? It's a smooth and creamy spread made from spice (or speculaas) cookies crushed up so fine, you end up with the consistency of nut butter. Usually, the sweet spread is used on toast, pancakes, or cinnamon rolls, but the Costco bakery did the unthinkable and turned the butter into a cake—and we couldn’t be more grateful it did.
The show-stopping sweet is decorated with Biscoff crumbles around the edges and a single crisp cookie laid on top. The beloved cookie butter adds a subtle touch of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and other warm spices to the cake, making for the coziest cake flavor the warehouse bakery has ever created.
