There's a brand-new way to enjoy the snow at Telluride, Colorado.

Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection announced Crest Club, an on-site private membership community located at 9,545 vertical feet up in the San Juan Mountains that will make every skier's heart skip a beat.

"We are thrilled to introduce Crest Club, poised to be the most exclusive private ski club in the Rocky Mountains," Bryan Woody, the regional vice president of Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection, shared in a statement provided to Travel + Leisure. "CrestClub will bring together an elite group of vibrant individuals whose passions align with alpine adventure and a distinct sense of exploration. We look forward to bringing a new tier of mountain luxury and après to Telluride."

Crest Club, the team explained, will include slopeside facilities, ensuring it's both the most luxurious and utilitarian base camp for all your skiing and riding adventures. The space, designed by Rose Ink Workshop, evokes the finest French chalets while still being warm and inviting to mountaingoers who are chilled to the bone.

The club has two spaces: a members’ lounge with a state-of-the-art locker room and the private jewel box bar Falcon Room. Here, members can gather around its signature fireplaces made of marble, wood, and blackened steel and enjoy bespoke cocktails, a dram of ultra-rare spirits (think Pappy Van Winkle and Macklowe), and a selection of single-vineyard Armagnac and Cognac from 1972. The drinks are all paired with alpine-inspired bites.

And, as the club noted, you may be able to mix and mingle with mountain royalty, including Telluride's own Olympian, Gus Kenworthy, who is a founding member.

Club members can also utilize its year-round valet parking and lockers to store their boots, gloves, or gear, along with all the curated members-only programming, including exclusive heli-skiing trips and access to first tracks on the mountain. Membership includes access to the dedicated concierge staff who is ready to take care of your every need, complimentary breakfast, preferred reservations at the on-site Timber Room and Black Iron Kitchen + Bar, and year-round access to Madeline’s Alpine Swim Club, where the pool is always heated to the perfect temperature.

Of course, next to the club is the fantastic hotel with 83 rooms and 71 residences, all of which are tucked inside the picture-perfect historic town. The hotel, a T+L favorite in the Colorado region, underwent its own refresh in 2021 by Rose Ink Workshop, including the addition of the Timber Room, the resort’s indoor-outdoor bar and lounge. And now, with the club, it's just about as perfect a mountain getaway as you can get.
