Claudine Barretto pays tribute to Rico Yan
4 Apr – It has been 17 years and yet late actor Rico Yan is still very much a part of Claudine Barretto's life.
The actress recently took to social media to pay tribute to her said former onscreen and off-screen partner by sharing an old photo of the two of them together.
The photo, which is of them dining at a Chinese restaurant, was captioned, "March 29, 2002 the day my heart broke into pieces."
She added the hashtags #foreverloved and #neverforgotten.
Last year, Barretto visited the actor's grave on his birthday alongside her son Santino Santiago.
Yan, known for his collaboration with Barretto in "Mula Sa Puso" and "Saan Ka man Naroroon", was found dead at his hotel room in Palawan in 2002 due to acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis.
He was 27.
