Christy Chung still works hard to have a baby
10 Dec – Hong Kong actress Christy Chung recently revealed that she has yet to give up on her dream of getting pregnant with husband Zhang Lunshuo's baby.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who appeared in costume at "The Colour Extravaganza of Dunhuang" event in Hong Kong recently, revealed that she is trying for in vitro fertilisation (IVF), and will work hard to adjust her body to have a higher chance of getting pregnant.
"Everybody knows I really like children and my husband likes big families. It will be much livelier if we could just have one more child. It doesn't even matter if it's another girl," said Christy, who has three girls from previous marriage.
However, the actress stressed that she will not put any pressure on herself, and will not set a deadline for pregnancy.
"Even if it's unsuccessful, we're still happy with the three kids in the house," she said.
As to criticisms about her recent confession online about wanting a baby, Christy said that she was not affected by it at all.
"My husband and I are simple people. We only wanted to get married and have children. It's very normal," she said.
