2. Hilton Singapore Orchard
Hilton Singapore Orchard came out of the other side of a several-millions-dollars facelift this year with swanky new interiors, rooms and restaurants. So, you can be sure of a gastronomic line-up of buffet at all-day dining restaurant Estate, or pop by Ginger.Lily and Osteria Mozza for sweet treats and Italian food respectively.
Seafood lovers are in for a sumptuous treat with a wide selection of treasures from the sea alongside free flow red and white wines. On Sundays, stop by Estate for the weekly Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch and look out for festive specials like the Porchetta with Gremolata and Pine Nut Stuffing and Whole Wagyu Prime Rib.
On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, they'll bring out the Maine lobsters, king snow crabs and Alaska crab leg, alongside an exquisite range of charcuterie, a Raclette station, and 32 types of artisanal European cheeses.
