Christmas 2022: The 10 best turkeys in Singapore for your festive dinner centrepiece
Christmas is the holiday where turkeys take centrestage. It’s a standout icon that captures the attention of everyone at your dinner table. The sheer size of it is meant to be enjoyed and shared by everyone at the party, strengthening bonds in the process.
To keep your celebrations hassle-free, I’ve covered the groundwork to bring to you my guide of the 10 best turkeys in Singapore for your festive dinner centrepiece, which will surely put a smile on everyone’s faces.

That being said, my Perfect Roast Turkey (HOT) (S$149.90 with the early bird promotion), which serves 5-8 individuals, came with a generous serving of chestnut stuffing and cranberry sauce. I also added on their homemade 200ml Gourmet Mushroom Sauce (S$4.90).
As we know, turkey and cranberry sauce are a match made in heaven! The subtle sweetness from the sauce enhances the overall experience while lowering the richness of the meat at the same time, allowing you to have more. The earthy flavours that came from the mushroom sauce were absolutely delicious.
What really blew me away was the unassuming chestnut stuffing— it spread like liquid gold across the turkey flesh and was bursting with buttery and herby goodness. This reminded me of a rich pâté with chestnut bits. Super indulgent!
The 1.2kg Premium Iberico Ham (S$49.90 with the early bird promotion) which serves 5-10 individuals is made from a special crossbred pig and cured for 24 months. The result? Tender meat with a slight natural sweetness to it, perhaps one of the best hams I’ve had so far!
They also have the 1.3kg Roasted Pork Knuckle (S$45.90 with the early bird promotion) which has tender smokey meat encased in a perfectly roasted crispy skin, perfect to pair with Dijon mustard.

This holiday season at Royal Plaza On Scotts, go all out and indulge in Gourmet Carousel‘s White Christmas menu— brought to you from the very same team behind the award-winning Carousel buffet restaurant.

8. Golden Palm (F & G Food)
Golden Palm is under F & G Food, one of Singapore’s few leading manufacturers and distributors of quality Chinese sausages and waxed meats. So what are they doing in this list? Well, you’ll be delighted to know that they offer a range of ready-to-eat roasts, perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year!
The ready-to-eat 4.6 kg – 4.8 kg Roasted Turkey (S$118) originates from France. It’s fully marinated in-house with German spices, guaranteeing that every bite is full of flavour. To maintain its freshness, it’s roasted only 2 hours before delivery time. Do note that the pricing will differ on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Rather than the usual cranberry sauce, barbeque sauce is served alongside the Roasted Turkey. The Stuffing (+S$15) contains a medley of carrot, celery and potato, and is available at the customer’s request.

You can now experience The Salon‘s bold new flavours and familiar classics from the comfort of your own home, with their Take-Home Wonders— a plethora of chef-recommended gourmet roasts and unique seasonal confectionaries.
Hotel Fort Canning is well-known for offering Christmas turkeys with an Asian twist, and this year’s no exception. Featuring the Shacha Roast Turkey (S$168+) which uses house-made Shacha Sauce (a savoury and mild spiced Chinese-style condiment), this dish will excite your taste buds and leave you craving for more!
