Last October, Christina Haack put her Tennessee home on the market amid her ongoing divorce from Josh Hall. At the time, the Christina on the Coast star shared that she was excited for “a new venture in business and real estate.” On the latest episode of The Flip Off, the designer revealed more about her decision to leave Tennessee.

“While construction is happening at my flip, I had to deal with some real-life stuff,” Haack said. “I own a home in Tennessee, and for the past couple years, Josh and I had spent a lot of time there. With everything going on, and the fact that I’m just not spending any time there anymore, I decided it was time to get all my stuff out of the house.”

Haack explained she had four ATVs and another vehicle built for off-roading transported to her California home. Her parents helped her move the rest. “My parents loaded up this entire SUV with like all my stuff that was there,” Haack explained to her longtime friend in the episode.

The house-flipping expert added that what really sparked her decision to move everything out was Josh. She alleged her ex stole the utility terrain vehicle as it wasn’t there when her parents arrived to pack up her things. “He thinks all of this is his, even though I bought this before marriage,” Haack said of the UTV. “That's when I was like, I need to get all of this stuff out of here, like he’s just gonna steal it all.”

Among the other items Haack kept in Tennessee was a piece of wall art made of wood with a geometric flower shape and wood beads on it. Haack used the art to stage an office in her house flip for The Flip Off competition. The room was part of the miscellaneous spaces category, which was blindly judged by contractors Jeff Lawrence and Izzy Battres.
