Chrissie Chau wants to prepare body for egg preservation
21 Jan – Chrissie Chau has a specific plan in the Year of the Rat that does not involve her acting career.
She wants to finally be able to freeze her eggs for future use.
The actress shared her goal during an interview with ETNET to promote her new movie, "All's Well Ends Well 2020", saying that she wants to try and preserve her eggs again after failing to do so in the past year.
"I planned to do it last year, but the doctor told me that my body was in poor condition and doing so would be pointless. So in the New Year, my goal is to take good care of myself. I estimate that it will take me a year to prepare my body for that," she said.
In the long run, the actress sees herself getting married and having children, as well as managing her own business outside of showbiz.
"You can't control a lot of things as an actress. I hope one day I will be able to have the kind of work in which I am able to control everything. That would be the ideal kind of career," she added.
