Chin Siu Ho bonds with son through new movie
22 Aug - Hong Kong actor Chin Siu Ho recently admitted that his relationship with son Andrew Pong became much closer since working together in the movie, "Bio Raiders".
As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who appeared at the charity premiere of the said movie with Andrew recently, admitted that the movie marks a two firsts - the first time he produced a movie, and the first time he works with his son.
"When Andrew was a little boy, we rarely interacted with each other and were a bit estranged. But we became closer after working together in this movie. When he called me 'dad' recently, I was so happy that I can feel my body shaking," he said.
Chin also said that he also used the time he had with Andrew to have father-son bonding moments.
"In my mind, he is still a kid. But in just a blink of an eye, he is now 27. He is much more mature. We will be promoting the movie together in Singapore and Malaysia, so we're going to treat it like a vacation," he enthused.
